– 50% payment to confirm booking, non-refundable
– 50% balance payment one month prior to arrival, non-refundable

– For inquiry less than the minimum stay policy, please contact for consideration
– In case of booking less than 11 bedrooms, the rooms will be chosen and prepared by the villa only
– However, the guest will still have full access to all of the facilities
– Standard check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00
– The villa allows a maximum of 2 guests per room. Extra bed is only allowed when booking the entire villa unless it is for children (ask for details and quotation)
